Job Description

We are seeking self-motivated efficient and capable candidates to fill in this position of

Sales Executive

Work Location- BHM Sales Center in Male

Key Responsibility

Calls potential and existing customer on the phone, by mail, and in person.
Handling customer questions, enquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quote and proposal.
Greet Customers at the shop and provide them with information on their required product.
Present, promote and sell product/service to existing and prospective customers.
Inventory counting and reporting.
Operating scanners, cash register, POS…etc.
Managing sales process through specific software program
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

Working Hours

08:30 AM -18.00 PM

Lunch Break- 12:00 PM -13:30 PM Friday: OFF

Requirements & Qualification

Minimum GCE O’level standard
Computer literate (use of MS office Program)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Should be punctual.
