We are a fast-growing events, venue, and F&B company seeking a Sales & Client Manager to drive revenue, manage client relationships, and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
This role is responsible for handling leads across weddings, corporate events, and venue bookings, while maximizing revenue through effective sales and upselling.
The ideal candidate is confident, results-driven, and able to manage clients from first contact to final confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion (Priority)
- Handle all incoming leads (weddings, corporate, events, venue)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up and close deals efficiently
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and expectations
- Provide solutions across decor, catering, AV, and venue
- Ensure smooth handover to operations after confirmation
Revenue Growth & Upselling
- Upsell additional services (decor, AV, catering, add-ons)
- Maximize revenue per client
- Identify new business opportunities
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with coordinators and operations team
- Maintain lead tracking and sales records
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and conversions
Skills Needed
