Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to support daily sales operations at Sea Volt and MGH Wholesale. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a professional retail/wholesale environment.
(Local and Expat candidates may apply; preferably female.)

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote products and provide accurate information to customers
• Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets
• Handle billing, cash handling, and POS transactions
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well organized and stocked
• Assist with inventory handling and stock checks
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
• Ensure cleanliness and overall presentation of the sales area
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams as needed

Qualifications:
• Minimum O’Level or A’Level qualification
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of products and inventory handling
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
