We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team, focusing exclusively on resort sales. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience who can build relationships and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales activities targeting resorts
Build and maintain relationships with resort clients and decision-makers
Identify new opportunities and convert them into sales
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Ideal Candidate:
Must have extensive experience selling to resorts (essential requirement)
Strong network within the resort/hospitality sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Compensation & Details:
Salary: MVR 25,000 + commission paid in USD
2-month probation period
Immediate start preferred
