The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the bridge between prospective students and their future careers. You will manage the entire enrollment journey—from the first "hello" on social media to the final enrollment step—ensuring every student feels supported and informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Monitor and track prospective student leads daily, maintaining organized records of all interactions.
- Inquiry Support: Respond promptly to inquiries via social media, email, and phone, providing detailed information about our programs and admissions.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new leads through cold calling, networking, and innovative outreach methods.
- Enrollment & Payment Coordination: Guide students through the enrollment process and coordinate timely payments.
- Brand Representation: Represent the college at educational fairs, expos, and promotional events to enhance program visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and provide feedback on campaign performance.

Working Conditions

- Flexibility: Standard hours with occasional evening or weekend work during peak enrollment periods or events.
