Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Sales Assistant to join our team at EQ Lines Maldives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, assisting customers, and contributing to the achievement of company sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Support the sales team in daily sales operations
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales documents
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Follow up with customers and support after-sales activities

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
