Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistants to join our team at Win Biz Private Limited. The ideal candidates will assist customers in selecting curtains, blinds, and other home decor items, ensuring they receive the best possible shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom.

• Provide product information and help customers make suitable choices.

• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.

• Arrange and organize display items in the outlet.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.

• Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum O’Level qualification or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (essential).

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to work on weekends and flexible shifts if required.
