Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal and home care products and a strong ability to cater to both retail and wholesale customers. The primary responsibilities include selling our products, gaining in-depth product knowledge, and effectively upselling related items.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Welcome and assist both retail and wholesale customers in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients to drive repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Product Expertise:
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
• Educate customers on product benefits and demonstrate usage when necessary.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Suggest complementary products based on customer needs.
• Inventory and Merchandising:
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the store manager.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensure that all displays are attractive and updated regularly.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably with personal or home care products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
