Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the post of Sales and Marketing officer. 

Main responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and orders via social media platforms.
• Develop monthly social media plans and work with our Content Creator to bring it to life.
• Cultivate relationships with retailers and onboard new distributors.
• Oversee shop operations, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
• Represent the brand at events and ensure professional presentation.
• Handle various administrative tasks to support sales and operations.
