Minimum three years of experience in food and beverage industry
Oral and Written fluency in English language
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to be proactive and take initiative
Responsible and have the ability to meet deadlines
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Generating new sales leads and track sales activities with regards to company products
• Meet the monthly and annual set Sales Targets
• Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales (via networking and other techniques
• Find new and innovative ways to sell products in the face of a down market
• Follow up on overdue payments and help collect the payments
• Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients to sell our products (resort islands, individuals, shops, hotels, café/restaurants), through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business to business marketing visits, as well as any other marketing channels
• Conducts market research and understand the competition with regards to company products; also engaging the target market.
• Analyze the company sales products and competing items to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin, including marketing activities, price strategies, promotions, market share of key accounts, channel
• Map potential customers and competitors for the product range we offer
• Have weekly/monthly meetings with management and related staff (as required) with analysis, discussions and presentations on how to improve sales and reach set targets.
• Gather relevant feedback from customers regarding the product
