Job Description

Sales & Marketing Executive

Vibez Karaoke, Malé

Vibez Karaoke is looking for a confident, creative, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow bookings, partnerships, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Drive room bookings, birthday packages, decorations, shisha, and drink sales.
Reply to customer inquiries professionally through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build relationships with companies, schools, creators, event organizers, and potential partners.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, offers, promotions, and social-media content.
Create or coordinate photo, video, story, and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Support boosted-post campaigns and monitor their results.
Identify slow booking periods and suggest practical offers to increase sales.
Maintain sales records, customer feedback, campaign results, and weekly reports.
Help ensure Vibez Karaoke is represented professionally online and in person.

Requirements

Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills.
Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook, and basic digital marketing tools.
Able to create simple, engaging content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Confident approaching potential partners and following up on leads.
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Experience in sales, hospitality, events, or social-media marketing is preferred.
Interest in nightlife, entertainment, and customer experiences is an advantage.

Someone proactive who does not wait for customers to come in. You should be able to turn attention into inquiries, inquiries into bookings, and bookings into returning customers.
