Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting home décor and kitchen appliance products

• Promote new arrivals, offers, and in-store campaigns

• Support basic social media promotions and product postings

• Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness

• Handle basic sales documentation and assist with billing when required

• Collect customer feedback and support after-sales follow-up

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Interest in retail sales, home décor, or kitchen appliances

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms

• Honest, responsible, and well-presented

• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage (freshers may apply)
