Sales Target Intensives

Job Description

 Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. 

Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing clients. 

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. 

Negotiate pricing, and terms of agreements with customers. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. 

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.

Establish and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing clients. 

Explore partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the company’s market presence.  Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.  Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. 

Maintain an updated customer database and ensure all client interactions are recorded. 

Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade events.  Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. 

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Track sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services. • Share market insights and customer feedback with the management team.  Work with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers. 

Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. 

Attend training programs, workshops, and seminars as required by the company.
