Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications and respond to inquiries

• Prepare and send quotations, invoices.

• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage office documentation, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
• Monitor inventory levels and office supplies; place orders as needed.
