Job Description

Responsiblities 

• Provide outstanding customer care to consumers by greeting and interacting with them in a cordial and professional manner, all throughout their shopping experience.
  Exhibit thorough familiarity with our offerings, characteristics, and quality benchmarks while proficiently communicating their principles through both online and offline customer support.
• Arranging for the appropriate receipt, processing, and arrangement of shipments and deliveries.
• Replenishing low-stock or depleted inventory and making sure the sales floor is set up in accordance with predetermined rules.
• Assist customers after the sale by responding to their questions, fixing problems, and arranging for product exchanges or returns.
• letting customers know about store specials in order to promote sales.
• Handling consumer complaints and finding a professional solution.
• Handle cash handling and keep accurate records of all sales transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Keeping up a thorough understanding of the merchandise in order to offer recommendations and guidance as required

 

Qualifications

• O'Level pass certification
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers and provide product suggestions; prior experience in a sales capacity, ideally in the retail sector
• The capacity to employ Point of Sale (POS) software along with labeling and pricing.
  Superior planning abilities and meticulousness to guarantee precise inventory control and restocking
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods as needed; Ability to work long and unusual hours; Capability to address customer complaints and settle problems in a professional and customer-centric manner; Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
