Duties & Responsibilities
• Answer calls and informs guests of room availability and rates
• Make and confirm reservations for guests
• Register and check-in guests
• Issue room keys and direct guest to their rooms
• Maintain clear and accurate records of bookings
• Listen and respond to guest requests both in-person and by phone
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to clean up rooms when required
• Complete and maintain any incident reports as required by management
• Close guest accounts and check out guest
• Process payments accurately and provide daily reports as required by accountant
• Enforce rules and policies of the guesthouse
• Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
Key Requirements
• Minimum O’Level with passes in English and Mathematics
• Preference will be given to candidates with guest/customer relations experience or experience with Ezee Absolute software
• Eagerness to learn the relative software and basic knowledge of MS Office
• Customer service orientated with attention to detail
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle stress and remain calm under pressure Able to work on shift duties
