Job Description

What You'll Do

• Represent the Nespresso brand, mission, and values.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through coffee tastings and personalized product recommendations.

• Achieve sales targets by promoting Nespresso coffee, machines, and accessories.

• Maintain a premium boutique environment by keeping displays attractive, the coffee wall stocked, and the showroom clean and organized.

• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Participate in on-the-job training and work according to assigned shifts.
