To answer calls related to reservations and answers all all emails on or before 24hrs
Follow strictly the selling procedure and guest should/ Travel agent be informed of No show and Cancellation policy before making the booking on the system.
Secure all required information to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay.
Be aware at all times with the selling status and the rates of all packages.
Know the credit policy of the hotel.
Know the lay out and have a complete knowledge of the hotel rooms of the hotel including suites and other facilities that are available at the hotel.
Have a understanding of the hotel Reservations system
Have a complete knowledge of our special rates, Promotions, Close out dates.
Handle daily correspondence, respond to inquiries and make reservation as needed
