• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience in management or healthcare
• Proficient in English and Dhivehi
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Specification

• Strong background in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails
• Assist the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Create reports and finding innovative ways to improve services for patients
• Analyze data and make recommendations to senior management regarding changes to improve efficiency or reduce cost
• Manage projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details
