Job Description

General Requirements

• Diploma / B.Sc. in Midwifery
• Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing
• Registered Nurse Midwife at Maldives Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Good English communication skills
• Maldivians preferred

 

Job Specification

• Registered in the National Nurses Registration Council (country of candidate) as per the Maldives Regulation
• Completed midwifery training with experience as a midwife
• Expat nurses shall have minimum 2 years of practical experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting with minimum 150 bed capacity
• Demonstrate competence in nursing procedures
• Minimum score of IELTS Academic 5.5 or OET minimum score C or 200
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Understanding of scope of practice
