General Requirements
Masters Degree in health care administration or relevant field
Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of healthcare quality assurance
Experience in healthcare accreditation, JCI and KPI data analytics
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Computer skills etc.

Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans for quality improvement; implementing KPI standards, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change
Validates quality processes by audit and inspection. Writing and updating quality assurance Manuals
Maintains and improves service quality by completing service, company compliance, and investigating guest complaints
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes deviations and incidents
Reviews and evaluates all services including infection control, patient safety, environmental health and safety, evaluation of medical care and risk management
