Job Description

• Ensure food safety, quality, and hygiene compliance throughout production
• Implement, monitor, and maintain HACCP, GMP, and SSOP systems
• Conduct Quality Control checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Identify quality or food safety deviations and report to the QA/QC Manager
• Assist in investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate quality records, logs, and compliance documents
• Support internal and external audits and follow up on action items
• Work closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure standards are met
• Support different production sections based on operational requirements
• Be comfortable working in a floating (barge-based) seafood processing facility
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Seafood Safety, or a related field
• Have minimum 2 years’ experience in QA/QC within food or seafood processing
• Possess good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and international food safety standards
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet required timelines
