Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager (QA) ensures that MGH Group’s operations, services and products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
This role is responsible for implementing quality control processes, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement strategies across all business units.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance or operational auditing.
- Strong understanding of industry standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.) and regulatory frameworks
- Analytical skills with experience in data driven decision making.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to enforce quality standards effectively
