Job Description

• Collation of requirements
• Checking for the existing rates as per Price List / Rate-Contracts
• Prepare Purchase Order, and liaise with suppliers
• Tracking goods receipt
• Stock updating in HIS / System
• Inventory Control
• Forecasting of required materials as per consumption
• Rejected / Expiry goods return to respective supplier
• Submission of vendor bills to Finance
• Prepare tracker for schedule delivery and pending/critical items
• Petty cash management
• FSN Reports & analyzing
• Maintain ROQs & MOQs
