We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Procurement and Logistics Assistant. In this role, you will support the day-to-day procurement and logistics operations, ensuring efficient sourcing, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services in line with company requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing
- Prepare and process purchase orders and track order status
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
- Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment scheduling and delivery follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics transactions
- Ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers
- Support internal teams with procurement-related requests
Qualifications & Requirements:
- O’Level or A’Level qualifications
- Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or a related field is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
