Job Description

General Requirements

• 2 Years of work experience performing certain duties such as electrical, carpentry, mechanical, plumbing system, and masonry troubleshooting and repair works
• Proven record of expertise in general facility maintenance and similar functions
• Significant level of work safety awareness
• Ability to engage in flexible work schedules
• Proficient/working knowledge of both written and spoken English
• Commendable ability to supervise a team and work under pressure

 

Job Specification

• Schedule, maintain, carry out and complete preventive and corrective maintenance activity schedules
• Required to perform annual, quarterly and monthly preventative maintenance activities ensuring that the facilities are in an orderly condition
• Provide leadership and line management to PMT team; coordinate, oversee and provide support for timely and efficient performance and completion of tasks
• Responsible for the safety of the team and those impacted by any activities related to maintenance
• Provides assistance to third party technicians
• Assist the Head of the Department in performing administrative duties and in maintaining inventory
• Perform other related task as assigned by the Head of the Department
