JOGO Media is a Maldives-based digital marketing and creative agency working with local businesses, hospitality brands, and lifestyle companies to build their presence online and grow their business through strategy, content, and campaigns.

We offer end-to-end digital marketing services — from social media management and content production to website development, campaign strategy, and brand positioning. Our clients range from local Maldivian businesses looking to grow their digital presence to premium hospitality and lifestyle brands running high-impact campaigns.

Our work includes long-term retainer partnerships with local brands across F&B, retail, hardware, and services, as well as campaign-level collaborations with hospitality names including Soneva, Palm Concierge, and global media platform 433 — delivering campaigns that have reached over 25 million views.

We are a small, focused team operating out of Malé, and we are growing. Every person we bring on works directly on real client accounts from day one.

About the Role

JOGO Media is looking for a Content Creator to join our team and produce short-form video content for our clients across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a hands-on, on-camera role. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering finished social content — from concept to ready-to-publish — for local brands across food, lifestyle, retail, and services. You will work on real client accounts from day one, with direct involvement in content planning and creative execution.

This role suits someone who is confident on camera, understands what makes content perform on short-form platforms, and can move quickly when a trend is worth jumping on.

*Requirements & Responsibilities*

We are looking for a creative and reliable Photographer & Videographer who can plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality visual content for local brands across food, lifestyle, and business sectors.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

•⁠  ⁠Shoot professional photos and videos for restaurants, businesses, client premises, and on-location projects across Malé.
•⁠  ⁠Edit photos and videos into polished final content suitable for social media, advertising, websites, and brand campaigns.
•⁠  ⁠Set up, assemble, and manage basic lighting equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots.
•⁠  ⁠Plan and organize shoots, including shot lists, locations, timing, equipment, and client requirements.
•⁠  ⁠Scout suitable shoot locations and adapt creatively to different environments.
•⁠  ⁠Create trend-driven content for local brands, especially in food, lifestyle, hospitality, and business.
•⁠  ⁠Work with clients to understand their brand, visual style, and campaign goals.
•⁠  ⁠Deliver completed content on time and in the required format.
•⁠  ⁠Stay updated with social media trends, especially short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
•⁠  ⁠Be creative even with limitations such as small spaces, limited lighting, tight schedules, or minimal equipment.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain a professional attitude when working with clients, restaurants, businesses, and team members.

*Preferred Skills*

•⁠  ⁠Experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
•⁠  ⁠Ability to use editing software such as Adobe Premiere
