Position Available: PERFORMANCE & REWARDS MANAGER

 

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with over 10 years’ experience preferably in healthcare or hospitality sector.
  • Preferably with work experience in a professional services environment in a foreign enterprise/multinational company.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; HRIS knowledge is an advantage.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing performance management, payroll, compensation and benefit programs, increment & bonus plan, rewards and recognition program.
  • Responsible for driving performance culture in the organization. Implementation of the Performance Management System across TTH aligned with Business Objectives.
  • Facilitates the target setting exercise for all key leaders to ensure that the annual plans are cascaded down into individual responsibilities for action.
  • Manages the process of establishing professional job descriptions for TTH.
  • Facilitates the implementation of the group's competency framework that supports the growth and development requirements of the group.
  • Provide constructive solutions and proposal to HR Head and management on pay revision, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluation and other specific C&B issues.
  • Partner with Divisional Heads to develop and implement progressive and proactive compensation programs to ensure recognition through incentives and total rewards.
  • Support the year-end pay review/ increment process including communications, systems support, reporting and problem resolution.
  • Develop and correct compensation & benefits related budget and control the cost within budget.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll management, full & final settlement of staff.
  • Ensure data and operation on HRIS are accurate and reliable. Partner with HRIS team to develop process improvement on all HRIS & payroll processes and responsibilities.
