The People Operations Assistant supports the HR/People Operations function by ensuring smooth execution of employee services, administrative processes, and subsidiary coordination. Key responsibilities include:
Medical Reimbursement
Management
- Process and verify employee medical reimbursement claims.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement.
Employee Ticketing Support
- Handle travel-related requests including booking, changes, and cancellations.
- Liaise with travel vendors and ensure adherence to company travel policies.
Uniform Administration
- Manage uniform distribution, replacement, and inventory.
- Address employee queries related to uniforms and maintain accurate records.
Employee Documentation
- Prepare and issue reference letters and experience certificates.
- Maintain proper documentation and employee records with confidentiality.
Subsidiary Operations Support
- Assist in HR application processes for subsidiary companies.
- Support payroll coordination and salary-related activities for subsidiaries.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from subsidiary employees.
Leave Management (Subsidiary Companies)
- Track and manage employee leave records for subsidiaries.
- Ensure leave requests are processed in line with company policies.
- Generate leave reports and support audits when required.
General Administrative Support
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People Operations team.
- Continuously improve processes for efficiency and employee experience.
