OUTLET ATTENDANT 

(store & cafe operations)

ccs helps resorts care for their team members by operating reliable services that improve everyday life.

 

we are looking for outlet attendants to support the daily operation of our resort-based shop and cafe facilities.

 

this is a hands-on role covering both retail and cafe service. the selected candidates will assist with store operations, product handling, customer service, basic food and beverage service, cleanliness and daily outlet coordination.

 

# key responsibilities

serve team members in the shop and cafe professionally.

handle sales, billing and basic cashier duties.

arrange, restock and maintain product displays.

monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.

prepare and serve basic cafe items, beverages and snacks.

maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.

support daily opening and closing procedures.

assist with inventory checks and outlet records.

follow company standards and resort service expectations.

requirements

experience in retail, cafe, restaurant, resort operations or customer service is preferred.

basic cashier or POS experience is an added advantage.

good communication and service attitude.

ability to work in a resort environment.

reliable, organized and willing to learn.

basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.

ideal candidate

 

someone who can manage a shop counter, assist with cafe service, keep the outlet clean, handle customers politely and support the smooth daily operation of the facility.
