Job Responsibilities:

•  Respond to business chats promptly and update all sales instantly in the system.
• Prepare and organize customer orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor delivery progress and coordinate with the delivery team for smooth operations.
• Attend to pickup orders and assist with other business-related deliveries.
• Handle urgent customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Pick up urgent business documents or parcels from DHL, FedEx, and other courier services.
•  Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the office environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to respond to customer chats quickly and communicate clearly with customers and the delivery team.
• Familiar with social media trends and basic content creation.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to complete tasks on time.

Working Hours :

• Flexible schedule
• 8 hours per day

Weekly Off:

• 1 day per week
