Operations Officer – Big Jersey
About the Role
Big Jersey is looking for a responsible and dedicated Operations Officer to help manage our daily operations and customer communications.
We are looking for someone who can commit proper time to the job, stay organized, and handle responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Prepare team lists and finalize customer orders
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and delivery staff
- Oversee staff and daily task completion
- Receive incoming jersey packages and materials
- Arrange and coordinate deliveries
- Keep order records organized and updated
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Basic computer knowledge
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in operations or customer service is an advantage
Salary
Salary is negotiable based on experience and capability.
