Big Jersey is looking for a responsible, punctual, and professional Administrative Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be a mature, customer-focused and work-oriented male who can manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate orders, communicate professionally with customers, and support the smooth operation of the business.
Requirements:
• Must be punctual, responsible, and well-organized
• Professional and customer-oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Must hold a valid driving licence
• Owning a motor vehicle will be an added advantage
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Working hours are semi-flexible.
Days Off:
Fridays and public holidays are generally off. However, the employee may occasionally be required to work on a public holiday depending on operational requirements.
