Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily business operations of HASH, ensuring all departments — Sales, Technical, Web, ERP, and Support — work efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company goals.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, capable of maintaining operational excellence and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities across all departments (ERP, Web, IT Support, Sales, and Admin).
- Ensure projects and service jobs are properly approved, assigned, executed, completed, and invoiced according to company procedures.
- Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain and enforce the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise the timely follow-up of pending payments and financial collections.
Customer Service & Quality Control
- Ensure all customer inquiries and job requests are attended to promptly.
- Monitor service levels, response times, and satisfaction ratings.
- Handle escalations from customers and ensure effective resolution.
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify and address poor service or quality issues.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Manage department heads and ensure strong communication between teams.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and team meetings.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate staff training and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused work culture.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to track lead progress, proposals, and tenders.
- Ensure the sales pipeline and conversion metrics are consistently updated and reviewed.
- Support business development strategies and ensure consistent follow-through on opportunities.
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports to the Managing Director.
- Track KPIs such as service turnaround times, project delivery timelines, invoicing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an operational or management role (preferably in tech, IT, or service industry).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple ongoing projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial awareness and experience with budgets, billing, and collections.
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems (advantageous).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

- Timely completion of projects and jobs.
- Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Average response and resolution time for support requests.
- Invoice generation and payment collection timelines.
- Operational efficiency (measured by reduction in delays/errors).
