Job Description

Operations Executive

Accounatbilities

• Oversee all air and sea cargo services, including managing customs clearances for imports, exports, re-imports, and re-exports.
• Ensure full compliance with customs and other government regulations, completing all necessary formalities and documentation for clearance and forwarding in a timely manner
• Understand and adhere to specific terms of agreement with each client, providing tailored services based on individual
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers to ensure timely collection, dispatch, and management of shipments.
• Oversee the relevant accurate update of systems for tracking shipments, invoicing, and closing jobs within specified deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications in related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the executive capacity and similar field
• Adequate knowledge of local government rules and regulations including airport and port
• Good communication skills in English & Dhivehi language
• Computer Literacy
