The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the organization by assisting, coordinating and executing various operational tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Assisting the daily operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Supporting to the operations team in monitoring and maintaining equipment and vehicle readiness.
Aid in the preparation of reports on operational performance, including logistics, inventory and operational metrics.
Provide support to the operational staff, helping them with their duties and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
Support to manage inventory levels for equipments, tools, and spare parts necessary for daily operations.
Monitor and update inventory databases, ensuring all items are well documented and easily accessible.
Assist in ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met in day to day operations.
Assist with the emergency situations and operational issues as needed.
