Job Description
Delegate tasks and responsibilities
Oversee and Manage day-today office operations.
Provide high-level administrative support
Managing, organizing and preparation of all administrative documentation, records and files as instructed by the Directors
Processing and managing customer orders, inquiries and requests
Maintain accurate and up-to-date database and records.
Assist in generating and maintaining various reports and records.
Manage customer and vendor records.
Manage relationships with office service providers and vendors
Maintain and manage professional communications with customers.
Tracking Orders and Ensuring timely delivery
Monitor inventory and stock levels, place orders and control expenses related to office resources
Collaborate with team members to ensure a streamlined workflow, with effective communication.
