Job Description

Monitor events for the Sun Siyam Group of Resorts

• Review alerts and triage incidents
• Escalate issues to the Cyber Security MSSP
• Work with the MSSP Analysts to investigate and resolve incidents.
• Document incidents and follow up on remediation.
