The Role We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day customer interactions and support the operational workflow of Naamko International. You will handle inquiries, create and process invoices, work within our ERP system, and deliver a service experience consistent with the standards of Naamko. This is an Operations role at O1, with a clear pathway for progression to Senior Customer Service Representative (O2).
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels
- Create and process invoices, credit notes, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Operate within the company's ERP system for order processing, record-keeping, and reporting
- Resolve complaints promptly and escalate complex matters to senior staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Provide clear product and service information to customers
- Contribute to team customer satisfaction and service quality targets
Requirements
- GCE O'Level or equivalent (minimum)
- Fluent in Dhivehi and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with ERP systems or willingness to learn
- Attention to detail, particularly in invoicing and data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
