Job Description

The Marketing Officer at Taviyani Pvt Ltd is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, field activations, and brand promotions across various sectors of the company. This role requires a dynamic and energetic individual who can confidently represent the brand both online and on the ground. The officer will coordinate with internal teams to drive customer engagement, manage events, and ensure consistent brand visibility through active field presence and creative marketing efforts.

Note: This role involves frequent field work, event support, and requires someone who is proactive, confident, and physically active.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns and field activations across Taviyani’s business sectors.

• Represent the brand at events, community outreach programs, and public engagements.

• Confidently speak on camera for promotional content, interviews, and live coverage.

• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely rollout of visual content and branded materials.

• Assist in organizing events, promotions, sponsorships, and giveaway campaigns.

• Travel to various field locations to support marketing efforts, collect feedback, and promote services.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including field reports and social media engagement.

• Maintain content calendars and post regularly on company platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new promotional opportunities and build local partnerships.

• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in marketing, field activations, and brand promotions is preferred.

• Strong communication skills in Dhivehi and English.

• Comfortable speaking confidently on camera and representing the brand publicly.

• Energetic, physically active, and able to manage on-site tasks and event setups.

• Familiar with social media platforms, content creation, and basic reporting.

• Team-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel and work in field locations, including islands and local communities.

• Knowledge of local culture and trends is an added advantage.
