Job Description
Devise marketing campaigns and innovative strategies in accordance to corporate policy with the goal of increasing brand awareness, and maintaining consistent sales and revenue growth
Provide leadership and direction to all aspects of the Marketing &Business Development department
Draft proposals, business case presentations, and other deliverables in support of investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives
Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate clinical, financial, activity, and performance information is in place to support the development of proposals
Own financial model for a transaction to calculate business performance and returns, working with the operations team on key assumptions
Support the Director to explore new markets, models of care, and clinical services and enhance the organization’s presence and market share
Develop effective partnerships and joint ventures that add value to the business and deliver development projects on time and to budget
Identify business risks and opportunities and contribute to the development of the organization’s commercial awareness
Collaborate with internal physicians and BDD to develop strategic initiatives that drive new business. Works closely with the internal physicians and BDD to help resolve barriers for admissions and/or business opportunities
Direct and mentor direct reports and works collaboratively support the BD team and holds them accountable to develop relationships with key referrers at assigned hospital that translate into admissions
In conjunction with the Business Development Director, ensure effective communication and coordination between all BD/ Marketing staff division and medical and non-medical departments
