Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant discipline
Excellent skills with design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite
(e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign)
Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)

Development of creative designs for Tree Top Hospital’s branding and promotional platforms
Plan and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns aligned with organizational objectives and growth strategies
Create compelling, audience focused content for digital platforms (social media, website and online advertising materials)
Coordinate branding and promotional materials including standees, brochures, flyers, backdrops and other promotional assets
Manage social media platforms end-to-end, including uploading of posts, content scheduling, boosting and performance analytics
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication touchpoints
Liaise with external vendors (printing agencies, digital partners, media houses) for production and coordinate with internal teams for seamless installation and execution
Collaborate with clinical departments to translate medical services into clear, patient-friendly marketing communications messages
Support event-marketing initiatives including co-branded partnerships, corporate collaborations and awareness campaigns
Manage photo/video shoots and oversee creative asset developments
Support internal engagement initiatives and staff communication initiatives
Maintain marketing asset inventory and ensure timely content approval from management
Provide comprehensive support across all Business Development and Marketing functions drive strategic objectives
