Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-oriented Senior Marketing Officer / Marketing & Brand Development Executive who can take ownership of the company's entire marketing function and drive measurable business growth.

This is not a role for someone who simply designs graphics or publishes social media posts. We are looking for an executive-level professional who can think strategically, make informed decisions, take initiative, lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that marketing efforts produce tangible business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands and business sectors, identifying opportunities for growth, building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, increasing customer engagement, and supporting revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities and be capable of organizing and directing internal teams, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, holding team members accountable, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.

They should be proactive rather than reactive, constantly bringing new ideas, recommending improvements, identifying market opportunities, and driving innovation without waiting for instructions.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create detailed execution plans with measurable KPIs, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, partnerships, and business growth initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate competitor activities and recommend strategic responses.
  • Present marketing plans and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and coordinate the marketing function across all company brands and business units.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to marketing team members, designers, videographers, content creators, developers, and external vendors where applicable.
  • Monitor progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Hold team members accountable for deadlines, quality standards, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular planning sessions, status meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure collaboration between marketing, sales, operations, and management teams.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Initiative & Business Growth

  • Independently identify opportunities to improve company visibility, brand positioning, and revenue generation.
  • Propose and launch new marketing campaigns without requiring constant direction from management.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through execution and evaluation.
  • Recommend innovative marketing ideas based on market research and customer behavior.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Actively identify underperforming areas and implement corrective strategies.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop campaigns for software solutions, tourism services, concierge services, awareness initiatives, and future company ventures.
  • Coordinate campaign budgets, timelines, creative assets, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize campaigns based on analytics and return on investment.

Brand Development

  • Build and maintain strong, consistent brand identities across all businesses.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand guidelines.
  • Develop brand messaging and storytelling strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Increase brand awareness through creative campaigns and strategic positioning.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Develop lead-generation funnels that convert audiences into inquiries, consultations, bookings, and sales.
  • Optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop long-term social media strategies rather than simply posting content.
  • Create campaigns that increase followers, engagement, and community growth.
  • Produce highly engaging reels, short-form videos, stories, and educational content.
  • Leverage platform algorithms, trends, and viral opportunities to maximize reach.
  • Build active online communities around company brands.

Content & Creative Direction

  • Oversee the planning, creation, and publication of content across all channels.
  • Write and review marketing copy, scripts, articles, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Direct creative concepts for campaigns, videos, and visual assets.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.

Video & Public Representation

  • Plan and participate in promotional videos, interviews, educational content, and awareness campaigns.
  • Represent the company confidently in front of the camera when required.
  • Conduct customer interviews, testimonials, product demonstrations, and live sessions.
  • Coordinate video production activities and content shoots.

Website & SEO

  • Work with developers to improve website content and user experience.
  • Develop SEO strategies to increase search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure websites remain updated with accurate and engaging content.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  • Produce regular reports on KPIs, audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve future marketing activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with management to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Support sales teams through marketing collateral and lead-generation activities.
  • Coordinate with software development teams to effectively market technology products and services.
  • Assist business development teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed about emerging marketing trends, AI technologies, digital platforms, and consumer behavior.
  • Research new tools and techniques that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Introduce innovative marketing initiatives that differentiate the company from competitors.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
