Marketing assistant is responsible for developing and executing business strategies while creating and maintaining business relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projects
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other opportunities.
- Meeting existing clients and potential clients and building positive relationships.
- To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales inquiries
- Preparing and assessing sales reports on management’s request and self-purpose.
- To monitor and follow up sales KPIs, performance, activities with clients & potential clients
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
- Help purchasing to liaise orders in proper supply chain management.
- Utilize the Storekeeper and Purchasing team to ensure fast-moving products do not go out of stock.
- To create and implement a marketing and PR strategy and plan for specific areas of business as and when launched (events & promotions).
- Co-ordinate the market and client news to produce sales leads, brief staff, and have a repository of live information.
- Produce content for company newsletter, e-mail shots, leaflets, banners, flyers, brochures, etc.
- Manage social media campaigns.
- Produce and organize the company’s PR collateral EG: press releases, articles, podcasts, blog, and responses to questions on linked-in groups.
- Organize and implement all other marketing and PR activities.
- Attending Sales, Marketing and Operation meetings.
- Assess, analyze, and communicate to the management the accomplishments and productivity of the undertaken tasks on a timely basis.
