ccs private limited provides employee concierge services to the Maldives hospitality industry. our services include staff tuckshops, staff cafes and related support services for resort team members.
we are looking for a manager, resort relations and team member experience to manage the relationship between ccs and resort HR teams, and to ensure that our services are aligned with the daily needs of resort team members.
this is a Male City based role with direct exposure to the resort hospitality industry.
the selected candidate will work closely with resort HR, talent and culture, staff welfare and admin teams. the role requires a strong understanding of resort team members, staff welfare operations and the way HR teams coordinate service providers inside resorts.
this is not a general sales role. it is a resort relationship and team member experience role.
maintain regular communication with resort HR teams.
understand the daily needs of resort team members using ccs services.
collect feedback from HR teams, team members and internal outlet teams.
coordinate with ccs finance, procurement, tuckshop and f&b teams to follow up on resort requirements.
support staff welfare related requests, HR initiatives and team member engagement activities.
monitor complaints, service gaps and recurring issues.
assist with new resort onboarding and service mobilization.
prepare simple service updates and follow up reports.
ensure ccs services are delivered in a way that supports team member welfare.
this role is especially suitable for candidates with experience in:
resort HR
talent and culture
staff welfare
employee engagement
resort administration
resort operations with staff coordination exposure
candidates who have worked closely with resort team members, HR departments, staff cafes, staff facilities, staff events or welfare projects will have a strong advantage.
previous resort experience is strongly preferred.
strong understanding of resort team member needs.
ability to communicate professionally with HR managers, department heads and internal teams.
good follow up and coordination skills.
ability to handle feedback, complaints and sensitive matters professionally.
good written and spoken English.
Dhivehi will be an added advantage.
ability to travel to resort properties when required.
the ideal candidate understands that staff services inside resorts are part of team member welfare. they understand how HR teams work, how staff needs are raised, and how a service provider should support the resort team without adding pressure to the HR department.
