Crowe Maldives LLP is hiring a Manager, Marketing & PR to lead our marketing, communications, and brand development function at a strategic level. As the Manager, Marketing & PR, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the firm’s overall marketing direction, ensuring alignment with Crowe Global brand standards, and overseeing all marketing and public relations activities.

Job Description
  • Lead the development and execution of the firm’s integrated marketing, PR, and brand strategy in alignment with Crowe Global Brand Guidelines and institutional objectives
  • Translate business objectives into structured marketing and communication strategies and execution plans
  • Drive brand positioning, and long-term visibility in both local and international markets
  • Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing and communications strategies and execution roadmaps
  • Oversee all digital platforms, including website, social media, email communications, and international network channels
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and audience targeting strategies
  • Ensure consistent, high-level, and compliant brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels
  • Establish and enforce brand governance standards in line with global guidelines
  • Develop corporate communications, thought leadership, and content strategies to strengthen industry positioning and authority, and coordinate with relevant external stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage, and strengthen strategic media relations, partnerships, and external collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility
  • Coordinate corporate events, sponsorships, and external engagements in line with strategic priorities
  • Manage and supervise the team and ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and strategic direction
  • Oversee creative output and provide strategic direction to the Business Development team and other content contributors
  • Liaise with senior leadership to support firm level initiatives, business development activities, and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in marketing / public Relations / Digital Media or a related field with 2-3 years in a managerial or strategic role, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Digital Media or a related field with minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or strategic role 
  • Proven experience in independently managing marketing, PR, and brand strategy functions

  • Advanced understanding of global corporate branding and brand governance
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy, content marketing, and brand communications
  • High-level proficiency in design, photography, videography, and editing tools
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and consistency
  • Strong knowledge of website management, social media platforms, and analytics tools
  • Experience working with regional or global stakeholders on branding and communications matters
  • Creative, innovative, and forward-thinking, with a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and capable of operating at a strategic level
Additional Information
  • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
  • Working Hours: 08:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
