MANAGER (1) – SETTLEMENT-DISPUTE & RECONCILIATION / CARD OPERATIONS
LOCATION: HULHUMALE’
Job Scope
Responsible for efficient management of the Bank's Cards Operations Settlement and Dispute teams activities both Physical and Digital Platforms for both Issuing and Acquiring part of the business. The incumbent must have a good understanding of the Operation Processes of International Schemes (VISA, MasterCard, UPI, etc.) and manage its day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in related field with minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar field OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience,
- Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
- Fluency in Oral and Written Communication
- Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience as a Relationship Manager, in customer service or a similar role in a Bank will be an added advantage.
- Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills with ability to Lead, Monitor and Manage staff.
