Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and an experienced SUPERVISOR to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure that our facilities and operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role will require strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Oversee the maintenance staff and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate and supervise repair work, either performing it directly or managing with external contractors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid disruption of maintenance activities.
• Plan and oversee renovation and upgrade projects.
• Coordinate, attend and manage the response to emergencies such as system failures, natural disasters, or other incidents.
• Meeting with potential and existing clients for surveys, inspections and communication of work requirements.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety checks.
• Respond to tenant complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with building maintenance services.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Flexible to work under pressure and long hours

Remuneration: MVR 13,000 – 15,000 per month
