• Perform administrative tasks as determined by the office.
• Carry out work related to office-designated trips.
• Perform duties as the office receptionist.
• Handle work permit and visa-related tasks under the guidance of office superiors.
• Arrange office opening and closing schedules under the guidance of office superiors, and open/close the office when necessary.
• File documents, maintain them regularly, and archive documents as required.
• Assist in various events organized by the office.
• Handle all administrative aspects of obtaining services from other institutions.
• Perform legal work-related tasks under the guidance of superiors.
