Job Description

 

1. Prepare, Manage and File the Invoices timely with other Logistic Department staffs
2. Manage necessary documentation and procedures to collect/release delivery order 
3. Manage and maintain necessary documentations for shipment clearing.
4. Prepare all the documents required for shipping line and custom documentation such as manifest, invoice amendment, import licences, etc…
5. Plan with other staffs and submit necessary documents such as Manifest, MBL, Etc… required by local authorities in a timely manner.
6. Manage and maintain the clearing of shipments, air freight and sea freight and deliver them accordingly to the door step of the customers.
